“Our trailer sustained damage when a tire tread exploded up into the trailer. We were near New England RV Repair and took the trailer there. While it took 4 1/2 weeks to get repaired it was due to the insurance adjuster and parts dept at the manufacturer and a part that arrived damaged and had to be re-ordered. Jeff stayed on top of the parts dept with daily phone calls, and once he got the parts it only took a few days to get the repairs finished to our flooring, shower, cabinet walls, and skirting. He did as much as he could while waiting for parts.

He did a great job, and even did a thorough vacuuming afterwards to make sure all the debris was cleaned up. And, he had the outside of the trailer washed before we picked it up - something we did not expect and greatly appreciate!

While this is a small shop, you definitely don't get small service here. I would highly recommend Jeff and New England RV Repair to anyone needing work done.

“Was told they would take aprox. 3 weeks to do repair on my motorhome. Know 6 plus weeks later they still have it and was told they still need 3 more weeks. Would highly recommend that you look somewere else. Feel like I've been nothing but totally lied too.”

“I had a problem with a slide in truck camper that was overcharging the battery. Jeff looked at it and had the camper a week. Bottom line, a battery (cell) failure, Jeff did not charge me for this service. I drove 58 miles to have this worked on, well worth the drive.”
