  “Our experience with Jeff's Truck Service we rate excellent. Last week we talked with them about preparing our Suv for towing a trailer. These guys we spent time with were very helpful, very informative and very courteous. They eplained the parts we needed and the price. Their rooms were crowded with customers.
  TODAY within 45 minutes our Suv pulled off their lot. I think the waiting for paper work took longer than the work itself. We had talked with several customers waiting for their work to be done and both praised this company. They were repeated customers, also. Jeff's Truck Service's employees were very proffessional and efficient. And today, their rooms were very crowded with customers,too.
  Prior to this visit we had checked with other truck companies and rv dealers in Chico...and
  TODAY, Jeff's Truck Service saved us $200.00.
  We have become their new regular customers, and YES we would refer our family and friends to Jeff's Truck Service.”

  “UNLIKE MOST OF THESE REVIEWS, I HAVE HAD AN AWESOME EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH THIS BUSINESS. I HAVE A DIESEL TRUCK THAT I HAVE BROUGHT IN MULTIPLE TIMES. THEY ARE BUSY SO THEY DID KEEP THE TRUCK FOR THE DAY, BUT IT WAS WELL WORTH THE WAIT. THEY ARE FAIR PRICED AND HAVE A LOT OF EXPERIENCE. I WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS REPAIR SHOP.”

  “Much like Zak, I too had a terrible experience with Jeff's Truck Service. Kept the truck for days, no phone calls or customer service. Charged me $450 in labor and $35 in parts for a simple oil leak. Three months later, still leaking. They won't stand behind their work. Go elsewhere.”

  “i would never go back there. It took them three days to even look at my vehicle. The least they could have done was tell me when I dropped it off that it would be a few days. Instead they were rude - they have no customer service skills whatsoever. Terrible service.”
