  “have been a credit card member since 1967. Am shredding card today. have taken my new lawnmower in for svc 5 times in less than 1 year; bought all the additives and junk they try to sell, have an extended warranty; have called every dept at sears. No help; no replacement; no warranty coverage honored.”

  “Ordered and paid for parts 2/9/11 it is now 4/11/11 and still no parts. All they tell me is I dont know what happened! Well Fix it people....i have a reciept!! BAD BAD BAD!!!”

  “I must have gotten lucky. I knew my part numbers, went in and just beat a rush of people at lunch hour. Got helped, got my part, hooray! But they are very busy and when I finished there was quite a line. I have been back since and had an equally good experience.”

  “Do not go NEAR this place! They are understaffed and take forever to help you. Don't call either because they will put you on hold or disconnect you several times. This place is run by chimps....you have been warned!!”
