Attempted to take my RV there for repairs...failed to return any phone call. Brought in anyway and was told they were far too busy to even look at it. I find it odd in this time of high gas prices that an RV dealer is so busy that they are turning away business!!

I used them for an estimate only by giving them all the details of the parts. I was told it would be emailed to me but 2 days later I had to call a couple of times to request it be emailed asap. The repair tech seems scatterbrained to say the least. I'll be using Secure RV.

We booked a date for repair.Took it in. They waitede days before doing the repair even though they said the repair would be done on the booked date.
They ere asked to verify repair insurance before going ahead with the repair. They said it was denied, the insurance company states they NEVER called for any pre-approval.
Even though they found the problem, instead of fixing it, they ran an expensive diagnostic test at my expense.
When booking in the RV for repair the personel at the desk was VERY rude and not knowledgable about RVs. Why does he work their.
Would never recommend this place or ever go there again.I felt like I was being ripped off and lied to!
