Terrible Service - Stay far, far away from Wade's! Poor Service Review for Wade’s RV Clinic, Sapulpa, Oklahoma First Experience: December 06 Requested Service: Body work How long we were told it would take: two weeks How long we left it there: four weeks Results: They didn't finish the job before we had to pick it up. The paint was poorly applied and did not match the original paint. The masking job on the sides of the basement doors was inferior. One basement door latch was broken and couldn’t be opened. Another latch was broken, but still worked. The custom cabinetry to mount a flat screen TV was beautiful. We were very unhappy with the unfinished body work. Second Experience: March/April 07 Requested Service: Finish previous job, plus new body work How long we were told it would take: two weeks How long we left it there: SIX WEEKS Results: Again, it wasn't finished when we had to pick it up. The outside vendor did a beautiful job replacing a cracked windshield. New body work was done – the paint matched this time, but the body work was still sloppy and would need to be repaired. The previous paint job was not repainted, as promised. Small fiberglass damage in the bumper was missed. The work on the first insurance job from December was still unfinished. We were very unhappy with how long this was taking and how unacceptable the work was. Third Experience: May/June/July 07 Requested Service: Finish previous two jobs and mechanical service How long we were told it would take: two weeks How long we left it there: NINE WEEKS Results: Terrible, unacceptable body work, still unfinished, had to take it to another body shop on our own dime. We agreed to let Wade keep it out of the shop for one week in order for him to show it to prospective buyers. Each week he would say he was waiting for the buyer and recommended we leave it out of the shop. Because we were dealing with major health issues at the time, we let him leave it out of the shop for several more weeks. Each week I would call him, he would say he would call the potential buyer and “call me right back”. He returned my phone call a total of ONE time during the nine weeks he had it. I lost count of the number of times I called him and he didn’t call me back. When it was the last time for us to pick up the coach, Wade reassured us that the work was complete. We arrived to find that the rear wheel fender was hanging crookedly, not even attached to the coach. They put in two screws, but were unable to align it properly, leaving a 3/4” gap at the bottom of one side with a 1/8” gap at the top – it was quite noticeably crooked and didn’t lay flat against the rest of the body. The masking they had done was so pathetic that a teenager could do a better job, and that’s not saying much. That was the best Wade could do. He didn’t charge us the $1,000 deductible we owed him. We left and called the insurance company, who informed us they could do nothing. We took it to another body shop who gave us an estimate of over $4000.00 to repair the damage Wade’s shop had performed! We couldn’t afford that much, so we paid to have a fraction of the repairs done and left it at that. Do not be deceived by the charm and false promises of good customer service by Wade. He comes across as a really sweet, honest guy. In the beginning, before the insurance company paid for the work, he would return phone calls. After we stupidly signed the check over to him prematurely, he simply quit calling. His cabinet man was highly skilled. The outside vendor windshield man was excellent. The guy who replaced the old lenses on the roof did a great job. But the body work was abysmal and the length of time it took to get the work finished was beyond reason. Their version of detailing the interior in order to sell it was dusting, vacuuming, and washing it. They didn’t wash the windows, the mirrors, clean the toilet, dump the black tank (it really stank), oil the cabinets, or finish the list of things they said they would do in order to make it presentable to buyers. They didn’t list it on the internet, they didn’t run any local ads, they didn’t park it with visibility with a "For Sale" sign in it – all things Wade promised he would do. They didn’t communicate with us. And they sure didn’t sell it! I realize that I am guilty of being too patient, of stupidly signing the insurance checks over to Wade because he said he “needed the money”, and of calling him a lot. In my defense, we were dealing with major health issues at the time and really didn’t need the stress Wade was causing. In total, Wade had the RV for EIGHTEEN WEEKS – and still didn’t finish the last two insurance jobs. Had he completed the work when he originally promised, I would have had the coach in my own hands to sell months earlier. That means I’ve been making coach and insurance payments for five months longer due to Wade’s extreme inefficiency and his tolerance for poor workmanship on body work. We got used to the fact that there is ZERO quality control there – which means that the job was not only inferior, but they didn’t even bother to see if it was finished before we picked it up! In conclusion: Stay far, far away from Wade’s RV Clinic.

We've been using Wades RV Clinic for sevaral yrs. We've sent a lot of our RVing friends and family to him too. Everyone has commented on the excellent service they received and ALL continue to go back to him. He has excellent customer service and excellent quality of service. Wade will go above and beyond to make sure his customers are happy. The last time our RV was at Wades was last fall for a window (broke glass) repair. They did a great job on fixing our window and Wade made sure it got done in time for our next reserved camping trip. The window works better now (it wouldnt open)than it did before. One disgruntled customer that doesnt communicate well (or at all) wont stop us from using Wades RV Clinic.

we have used wades rv service many times in the past months, we have been completely satified with the work and service we have received. we have recommended his business to many of our friends. our family has bought 3 rvs thru wade and always been completely happy with the service and dealings. some of the problems we have ran in to was waiting for parts to come in for repairs but wade always made good in his dealings with us
