These guys are hacks. They returned my 5'er with more dirt than I had when I brought it in and only fixed half of my list of repairs requested after their "inspection" revealed to them that there was no problem. I had Tom Raper in Cincy fix them the next week. Stay away from Springfield and Best Buy if you want real service.
