Without doubt, this is the worst garage I have ever used. They constantly find "problems" that are not real, and make it sound urgent when they suggest the repair. After spending THOUSANDS there, I caught on with a $500+ brake job estimate on a very low mileage car with new brake pads. The fraudulent estimate was verified by several real mechanics who confirmed the brakes were (and still are after 2 years) fine. PLEASE avoid this place at all costs, tell your friends, and save yourself a lot of headaches and money. Seeing this place go out of business will be a happy day for me.

brought my car in for a electrical problem that 3 other shops couldn't figure out & charged me for diagnostics but could not repair it. when I arrived they were very polite & helpful to me. they got my car in & one of the mechanics "Joe" figured it out in a half hour & had it repaired with in an hour and 1/2. Iwas not charged for the diagnostic, just the repair & my car has been fine ever since. they also did not try to sell me other things I didn't need. I am very pleased with the service & especially the new crew. Thanks Guys

I have invoice after invoice of very very high marked up service rates. Every time I brought the car in, something else broke within days. The mechanics are very limited as far as what kinds of cars they know how to service. There was recently some work done on my car, and the invoice was written up for an oxygen sensor cleaning and re-calibration, which cannot be done, as O2 sensors cannot be re-calibrated, only replaced. Also, extra hours were logged, and I was charged for unnecessary work, they always add on extras. Be warned - if you ask for 1 thing, they will do 4 things and you'll be charged for everything. I am highly disappointed with my experience here, and I will never take my car here for anything, not even an oil change. I have spent thousands here, and the car is still not fixed.
