If I could give 0 stars you could bet I would. We just came from this store and I can tell you we won't be back. We have stored our camper there for 2 months. 2 weeks ago we saw a newer camper and made a deal with the so called salesman. He did not look at our camper and decided sight unseen how much money they would give for the trade in based on book value. He said they would take a look at it before the deal closed. We did our walk through, they hooked up the new camper to our van and then had the audacity to say the deal was off. I can understand if it was a bad trade or our camper was not worth the money they quoted BUT to wait until the last possible minute to look at it is just plain bad business. Our 3 boys were in the car excited and ready to go. I should have made them explain to them why we were not leaving with the new camper. DO NOT do business with them unless you have everything in writing up front or you will be waisting your time. I don't plan on ever going back personally.
