In May, 2008 we paid Rick's RV Repair $1,500.00 to order window awning for our 5th wheel. It is now the end of August and still no awnings. We contacted Rick numerouus times throughout the summer via telephone and he always had some excuse as to why he didn't have them yet. Soon he began avoiding our phone calls. We have had to go through our attorney to try and get our money refunded. He has ten days to pay up...we'll see what happens. We are also filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General's off for fraud and theft.
