Tried to make appointment for service and was treated very rudely and unprofessionally! Was asked how the fridge could be taken out...like I would know? Isn't that their job to know? Am sure the woman that answered the phone isn't the one to make service calls, but she sure isn't scheduling alot of appointments for them with her rude behavior! FYI...there are alot of other businesses out there that WANT our business!!!
