I have first hand experience with this company and their service dept. Recently had my RV taken in for repairs and what a mess it was when they told me it was completed. Very poor workmanship, poor communication with the employees, poor customer service, not up to code and not done by professionals at all. I had to take it to a competor for an estimate of what it will cost to get the repairs done correctly. Many items were missed, some were not needed, sub-standard work by far. Rip off for all consumers as well as insurance companies. Stay away... Go to Camping World, professionals and a reputable company who stand behind their work.
