WE WERE TRAVELING IN JANUARY 2008 DURING A MAJOR WIND AND RAIN STORM. WE FOUND WE HAD A LEAK TO OUR LEFT FRONT SIDE WINDOW AND ONE OF OUR SLIDE-OUTS WAS SEPARATING. WE CALLED R&S RV AND SPOKE TO STELLA EXPLAINING OUR SITUATION. SHE TALKED TO RAMON AND TOLD US TO COME ON IN. THIS FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS TRULY HAS A HEART. OUR LAPALMA RV WAS REPAIRED AND WE WERE ON OUR WAY. THANK YOU RAMON AND STELLA. YOUR SURE MADE LEMONAIDE OUT OF WHAT STARTED AS A VERY SOUR DAY.
