Very Poor Parts and Sevice Department
“We bought a camper from Rich and sons and the only nice thing I have to say is Larry the salesman was very good and so was the gentleman that went though the camper and explained how everything work. Good Job guys very friendly. Your staff in parts and services, they are not what they tell to be. We were told if we bought a camper we would be in with service right away. Well we called them and they acted like its no big deal. So I sent an email to the gentleman in charge. We went in and had to make appointment. Someone else in our family bought a camper a week later and they called. Service department told them to bring it right in. This is bull if you want my service then you should live up to your promises. We are very unhappy. I will not recommend anyone else.”

“The staff at Rich & Sons was very friendly and knowledgeable. They helped us protect our investment by explaining the proper preventative maintanance to keep our RV on the road. Since we have been doing their recommended services, we have had no problems with our RV and we have enjoyed our camping much more. Thank you to all of their service staff.”
