“We had our 2013 Raven 5th Wheel in for work early in the winter, with a laundry list of repairs we weren't expecting it to be done until late spring. We checked in on our unit a few weeks ago to find out it is almost ready for pickup. After changing our mind a few times and having it repainted. We are absolutely thrilled and amazed by the work completed at Duncan RV Repair. Thanks to Progressive and the guys at Duncan RV, we now will be picking up our unit today and are extremely stoked to go on some new adventures.”

“Wow, we had the BEST experience with Duncan RV. Our bus was broken into and the front tv removed with a crobar!! it's was jacked up. Progressive recommended duncan - and Duncan came and picked up (and delivered) the RV to our home in INdy with alllll repairs done, Kristy kept us informed throughout the process, and we have nothing but good to say, we even had some additional work done - adding an outdoor tv and it's perrrfect we HIGHLY recommend them to anyone wanting old skool quality craftsmen and 'handshake' honesty. Thx, Jim”

“The windshield did not leak, the leak was comming from where the cabover met the cab of the truck (they only had 8 screws that held the cab to the cabover and 5 of them were stripped out)and we shared with you that Four winds had this problem and we installed plates, nuts and bolts to hold everything together. (Progressive paid for this repair even though it had nothing to do with the loss) The roof leak was from a cracked weld on the hatch going up to the roof (water testing had been done to the coach 3 times prior to it leaving our shop. We did not find any leaks at that time. The entertainment center is only an arm that attaches to the TV and side wall. There was a screw loose and easily tightened. (Not sure what caused screw to loosen up but nothing to do with the loss. We took your coach to the local Onan dealer to have the generator repaired and it worked when we delivered the coach to you. I don't know what you mean about the fuel tanks. we delivered the coach 650 miles (Progressive also paid for) to you and had no problems with the fuel tanks or the ABS light coming on. At no time any of my technicians were terminated as a result to any repairs to your unit. You failed to mention that we delivered your coach to you 40 days sooner then scheduled so you could make your trip. When you were on your trip and called me with problems, I made an appointment(the day before a holiday) for you to have the coach looked at the same day located less then 15 miles from you. You failed to contact that service center or myself to let them know you were not coming. Again, when you got to Florida, you contacted me with several problems. I sent two of my service technician at no cost to you immediately. We determined there was only a water leak (which was the crack in the hatch) in the garage portion of the fun mover, The generator would not run, which we had not work on. There had not been any prior problems with the ABS light. My technicians worked for two days, even though it had nothing to do with any repairs performed by us. I take great pride in being an owner of this company and still feel that Duncan RV Repair is the best. I have always backed this with 100% guarantee.”

“after being convinced by jim that they were the best in rv repairs we agreed to let them repair our 3week old fun mover that was damaged in a rollover accident. we finally got it back 3 days prior to a trip we had planned after not having it all summer. we experienced one nightmare after another. the windshield leaked, the roof leaked, entertainment center was falling out, generator did not work, gas tanks didnt work properly, abs brake light was on most of the trip. not only did duncan rv cause new damages to the rv they didnt even repair some of the damages from the beginning.we were told by their two top guys that everyone that had worked on the unit had been fired because of the bad job they did. but now the insurance company which by the way is Progressive. have decided they can fix the new damages and do what they should have done in the first place. they had it for almost 6 mo. to do the damages, i mean repairs in the first place. now they get to start over while i continue to make payments and a unit i had for only 3 weeks prior to the wreck and 2 weeks of trouble after their so called repair”
